Friends for Me Fingerplay

by Kendy Pearson

God gave me fingers—one and two—so I can make a bunny.
It hops across the tabletop. Its wiggly ears are funny.
My other hand’s a tall giraffe, its head high in a tree.
They say, “Hello,” and off we go—my new playmates and me.

You can find the hand gestures for this play in the June 2014 issue of Clubhouse Jr. magazine.

Click here to watch our friend Aylin perform the play. We love how she used her own words to tell the story!
