by Judith Costello

5 sheets of computer paper
white glue
plastic storage bag
waxed paper
craft wire
acrylic paint

1. Tear up paper into small pieces.
2. Place paper pieces into blender. Fill blender with water and let set for 10 minutes.
3. Place lid securely on blender and turn on. Blend until paper pieces become "pulp." It looks like snow!
4. Put colander in sink and pour pulp into it. Let water drain.
5. Carefully put pulp into plastic storage bag.
6. Add one tablespoon of glue and one tablespoon of cornstarch to pulp. Mix well.
7. Take out small amounts of pulp and shape on waxed paper. You might make a cross, a heart or a fish to remind others about God.
8. Add a wire to the top of your sculpture to hang.
9. Place sculpture in a warm, sunny spot and let dry for at least one day.
10. Gently peel sculpture off waxed paper and paint your creation. Hang up.
