Carob Mint Pie

Gather

1/2 cup almonds (presoaked for 8 hours)
2 fresh bananas
1/4 cup dates, pitted
1/4 cup carob powder (or cocoa powder)
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 tablespoons tahini (optional)
4 frozen bananas
pie crust


Go

1. Put all ingredients except frozen bananas into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add frozen bananas and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into pie crust and place in freezer for 1-2 hours.
4. Grab some friends and a fork and enjoy!
