Cinnamon Crispies

Have some extra pie dough left over from our adorable "Handful of Pie" recipe? (See the September 2016 issue of Clubhouse Jr.) Don't throw it out; make these delicious crispies!


pie dough scraps
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Kneed dough scraps together, then roll out evenly.
3. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle mixture over pie dough.
4. Cut dough into fun shapes with cookie cutters.
5. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Let cool completely. Enjoy!
