Quick and Easy Cookie Dough

Crisp Cookies


1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
3. Stir in golden syrup and vanilla.
4. Add flour and baking soda. Mix well.
5. Shape and decorate cookies as desired.
6. Bake 9 to 12 minutes until light brown around the edges.

Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies


1 large egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine egg, peanut butter and sugar. Mix well.
3. Shape and decorate as desired.
4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly brown around the edges.
