Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Mix together butter, sugars and vanilla extract in large bowl until creamy. Add egg and stir well.
3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a second bowl.
4. Stir flour mixture into wet mixture a little at a time. Keep stirring until mixture is moist all over.
5. Mix in the different kinds of chocolate chips.
6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on wire rack, pour two glasses of milk and share with your best friend!
